The wine primarily expresses fruity and floral notes, with pronounced aromas of pear and peach and precious spices like saffron; in the mouth, it shows remarkable richness, due to its pronounced sapidity and good structure that pair well with the acidity characterizing this product. A harmonious and pleasant wine suited to many dishes: naturally seafood, but also surprisingly good as an aperitif.
