General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Prices

The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts.

Guarantee

Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the delivery date of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered are: damages due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our commitment to delivery is void in case of failure or non-compliance with delivery times by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Nolita Sàrl. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

By advance bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal

Delivery and transport of our products

48-hour delivery is guaranteed from the confirmation of payment (automatic if payment by Twint, Credit Card or Paypal).

The delivery charges are as follows:

Up to 50kg: CHF9.90

Fresh products (For example Caviar) by Swiss Lune Express post:

Up to 2kg: CHF18.-

Up to 10kg: CHF22.-

Up to 50kg: CHF30.-

Free delivery for orders over CHF70

Transport is carried out by Planzer for all products except Caviar and fresh products (Swiss Lune Express Post)

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels including their references), along with the delivery slip, within 7 days after receiving your package. The shipping costs associated with the return are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

Legal guarantees

You are obligated to check the condition of the received goods upon receipt. If you notice defects for which the seller is liable, you must notify them without delay. If you neglect to do so, the item is deemed accepted, unless it involves defects that you cannot discover through usual checks. Otherwise, the item is deemed accepted, even with its defects.

Data Protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of the management of the order.
