Inaudi's Tartufata is a fine and concentrated cream made with porcini mushrooms and white truffle.
Just a teaspoon per person is enough to enhance a dish and give it the incomparable taste of white truffle.
Usage: Melt a teaspoon of Tartufata per person with cream or cooking water. Ideal for pasta, rice, meats, baked potatoes, toast or crostini, pizza, and any other dish.

This product is born from Inaudi's expertise with two unique ingredients, mushrooms, and truffles: thanks to the raw materials used, carefully selected and entirely hand-processed, the flavors blend into a perfect mixture.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms 84% (Boletus edulis and related group), olive oil, white truffle 3% (Tuber magnatum), salt, carrots, onions, herbs, spices, flavors, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
