Like all our vinegars, this mid-quality product, made mainly from selected grape musts, is created according to the precepts of the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which stipulate that only certified ingredients can be mixed, and that the vinegar must have aged in specially reserved oak barrels.
