Made exclusively with fresh sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh vegetables, our tomato sauces are produced in Piedmont, Italy. Slow and prolonged cooking produces a thick and aromatic sauce. Seasoned according to traditional recipes and enhanced with herbs, vegetables, mushrooms, meat and fish, this sauce offers an authentic and savoury taste, typically Italian. Naturally preserved with salt, our sauce contains no artificial preservatives. Slightly saltier than classic tomato sauces, it is possible to reduce the amount of salt used when cooking the pasta to restore the balance of flavours.
