These pastas, known as "durum wheat semolina pasta," are made through bronze die extrusion and a slow drying process of pasta doughs prepared with durum wheat semolina and water. The exclusive use of 100% Italian durum wheat and spring water from the "Valley of the Mills of Gragnano" makes it an exceptional product recognized internationally. It's also important to note that no dyes or preservatives are added.

The packaging is made with a special food-grade paper in a cube shape, notable for its bright and traditional colors, the "Pompeian" red and the yellow of the Amalfi Coast lemons.
The carrying structure, highly professional and very functional, contributes to the consolidation of a protective packaging that also facilitates the product's preservation. Once opened, the packaging transforms into a comfortable and pleasant shape that makes it easy to pour into the pan.
