Penne Lisce Ziti (smooth) Mulino di Gragnano IGP 500gr

The classic Ziti are a long, tubular pasta shape that, according to tradition, is broken by hand before cooking. Mulino di Gragnano offers you a version that is already cut, ready to cook, which recalls the typical shape of the classic penne in "pen nib".

The pasta called "durum wheat semolina pasta" is obtained by drawing in a bronze mold, as well as by a slow drying of the pasta preparations, made with durum wheat semolina and water. The exclusive use 100% Italian durum wheat and spring water from the "Valley of the Mills of Gragnano" make it an exceptional product recognized internationally. Finally, note that no coloring or preservatives are added.
