The grains of Baeri Baïka® caviar are smaller and darker than those of other caviars currently offered. The very delicate texture of Baeri Baïka® Royal caviar provides small dark brown grains with a melting texture. On the palate, the straightforward attack opens the taste buds with a dominant iodine flavor followed by beautiful mineral notes.
Available in three sizes (30g, 50g, 100g)

The caviar will be sent in an ice pack and will be delivered by La Poste via the Lune Express service (except Geneva, delivered by Nolita)
Delivery is made within 48 hours of your order (if stock available). It is important that you are at the delivery address on the day you receive the product, otherwise the product will be available at your usual post office.
If the package is returned to the post office, Nolita will no longer be able to respect the cold chain and no guarantee will be applied.
