The pasta known as "durum wheat semolina pasta" is obtained through bronze die extrusion, as well as a slow drying process of pasta dough, made with durum wheat semolina and water. The exclusive use of 100% Italian durum wheat and spring water from the "Valley of the Mills of Gragnano" makes it an exceptional product recognized internationally. It's important to note that no colorants or preservatives are added.
