Handmade in a small bakery in Piedmont, our Chiacchiere are prepared according to old recipes handed down from generation to generation, with simple ingredients: a dough made of flour, water, salt and olive oil, embellished, depending on the variant, with herbs, olives, onions or sesame. They are dry-cooked with plenty of olive oil and are perfect to accompany tapenades or simply to be enjoyed as they are.
These little hand-baked bread pillows are the Italian version of "chips". Particularly tasty thanks to the addition of rosemary.
