Red Wine

The vineyard, ideally facing southeast, comes from the oldest vines of the Dani plot, located in Agliano Terme. The grapes are handpicked in early October. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to small oak barrels where it ages for 18 months.

After bottling, the wine continues to age for another year.

Wine and food pairing: It can be enjoyed on its own but pairs perfectly with hearty main dishes.
