Panettone

Pasticceria Fraccaro was founded in 1932, when Elena and Giovanni Fraccaro founded a bakery within the walls of Castelfranco Veneto, starting a pastry tradition that would become famous over time.

In a few years, thanks to an improvement in economic conditions, the bakery became known not only for its delicious bread, but also for its sweet specialties. So much so that after the Second World War, a second oven was opened in the historic street of Borgo Pieve, specializing in focaccias, panettones and plum cakes.

The success of Pasticceria Fraccaro is based on one essential ingredient: the use of traditional manufacturing methods for pasta and recipes.
