The 'Cascina Dani' winery is located in Agliano Terme, featuring limestone and clay soils.
It has an excellent southwest exposure. The grapes are hand-harvested in the first half of October.
These grapes come from certified sustainable agriculture.
After fermentation and a brief refinement in stainless steel tanks in the early months following the harvest, the wine is transferred to medium-sized oak barrels. The aging process lasts from 12 to 14 months. After bottling, the wine is stored in our cellars in bottles until it reaches its final refinement. Dani is produced in a traditional way and bottled without filtration.
